Naghma Rizwan is a trained Actor and Model based in Mumbai. Born in Calcutta, Naghma’s journey to being in front of the camera has been interesting.
Naghma was discovered and cast in the Close Up Toothpaste International Campaign as the lead, and since then it has had no going back. Soon after, she was the first non-celebrity featured on Cosmopolitan Magazine Cover. Thus opening the gates to the modelling industry with brands like Pantene, Tressame, Fab India, Rahul Mishra, Ritu Kumar, and Facebook, to name a few.
In a very short time, she was noticed by Ekta Kapoor who launched her as the lead in It Happened in Calcutta, casting for which happened for 2 years and finally landed on Naghma.
As an artist, she acknowledged the necessity of learning the craft and, thus, began her training with Mr. Bary John, for a diploma in acting. She also did multiple acting workshops with the best in the industries.
