Theatre actor Tushar Pandey did his first small role in Aamir Khan starrer blockbuster Rang De Basanti (2006).

He has also featured in films like Pink, Phantom, Hum Chaar Agli Baar and Beyond Blue where he plays the protagonist in 2005. His latest is Chhichore.
